Having certified as a yoga teacher with more Yoga Teacher Training London, I am, Debbie Bridge (she/her), a singer, actor and voiceover actor, I’m keen to bring all my skills to help others. Teaching various classes in singing and acting for over 20 years has helped me step quite comfortably into teaching yoga, plus, I’m said to have a nice soothing voice. Thanks to voiceover training. One of my biggest compliments, is when a student said, my voice put them to sleep! Matthew McConaughey watch out! Alright, alright, alright!

Being someone who lives with chronic long-term pain from conditions such as HEDs and fibromyalgia, I’ve seen how yoga has helped me manage my life better. My focus as a yoga teacher is to help others like me who live with long term chronic pain and are neurodiverse. Yoga has been a key factor in helping me because it’s so adaptable and transportable. I don’t need much to do it anywhere, sometimes a towel on the ground is all I’ve needed to keep up my practice.

Weekly Class

Welcome to our new Vinyasa Flow Yoga class in Greenwich, London! In this invigorating and dynamic practice, we focus on harmonizing breath and movement to create a seamless flow of poses. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is designed to challenge and inspire you on your yoga journey.

The class begins with a centring and grounding moment, allowing you to leave behind the outside world and bring your focus inward. We’ll start connecting with our breath, setting a steady rhythm that will guide us throughout the practice.

As we move through the class, you can expect a creative sequence of postures that transition smoothly from one to the next. Vinyasa Flow is all about continuous movement, syncing each breath with a specific movement or pose. This flow not only helps build strength and flexibility but also encourages a sense of meditation in motion.

Our skilled and compassionate instructors will guide you through a variety of asanas (poses), ensuring proper alignment and offering modifications to suit individual needs. You’ll explore a diverse range of standing poses, balances, backbends, inversions, and gentle stretches to target different muscle groups and promote overall body awareness.

Towards the end of the class, we’ll gradually wind down with calming postures and gentle stretches, preparing both body and mind for the final relaxation, Savasana. This restful and meditative pose allows you to integrate the benefits of the practice, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and at peace.
Our Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is not just a physical workout; it’s an opportunity to explore mindfulness, gain mental clarity, and tap into the present moment. So, whether you seek stress relief, improved flexibility, or simply a chance to unwind, join us on the mat and experience the transformative power of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. All levels are welcome, and we look forward to sharing this journey with you!

Yoga for Everyday Living – this is a gentle workshop which talks about yoga with a gentle chair introduction to the practice. It includes breathe work, postures (in a chair), meditation and explaining why yoga is good for you at any age.

This is a great way to get to know what to do if you are new to yoga practice and help you feel more comfortable when going. Just contact me if you would like me to give this workshop to your group or oganisation or to find out when my next one is.

This is a workshop to help take the fear out of going to a yoga class.
